After verifying your tax identification number and company details, follow the steps in the email sent by the ADCGuard dealer operations center to send the contract and requested documents digitally as specified in the email.
After receiving the required documents, please allow 24 hours for us to complete the verification and finalize your dealer panel.
After document verification and the preparation of your dealer panel, you will receive the login details via email and phone. You can then access the online transaction center and start making sales.
Important Information: After sending your dealership application email, the application ID generated by the system should be sent to your email within 2 minutes. If you do not receive the application ID within 2 minutes, your email address may have been caught in the spam filter, and your email may not have been forwarded to the relevant department. Try submitting the application from a different email address or contact our call center for assistance.

You can use Alarmdc with the information and documents related to your sole proprietorship.
No, you do not need to notify us separately. Once you complete your application, your information and documents will be available on the ADCGuard dealer operations center screen. Your information and documents will be reviewed, and your process will be managed accordingly.
Applications are processed within 24 hours. Our working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays, and applications made on Saturday and Sunday are processed between 09:00 and 16:00 on Monday.
