Alarmdc Security Technologies Inc.'s Online Transaction Center and Support Center outline the fundamental rules for ensuring the security of transactions made by individuals and the information used in these transactions. Alarmdc Security Technologies Inc. has taken the necessary measures to securely present its system and visual infrastructure to individuals.

Personal Data Security

The information shared by users with Alarmdc Security Technologies Inc. to access services on the Online Transaction Center and Support Center, and to update their personal information, can only be used by system administrators assigned by Alarmdc Security Technologies Inc. who have access to and viewing rights for the system, solely to ensure the security and consistency of the Online Transaction Center and Support Center systems. The information shared by individuals with Alarmdc Security Technologies Inc. will not be shared or provided to any third party, institution, or organization for any reason, unless the individual's consent is given or it is required by a judicial decision or legal obligation. No exceptions will be made, and this information will not be disclosed unless required by legal regulations.

The copyrights regarding the design and method information used in the preparation of the Online Transaction Center and Support Center belong to Alarmdc Security Technologies Inc. All copyrights, registered trademarks, patents, intellectual and other proprietary rights related to information and materials that provide Alarmdc with a competitive advantage, excluding materials belonging to third parties, belong to Alarmdc Security Technologies Inc.

Liability Limits

The Online Transaction Center and Support Center collaborate with other companies by providing links to their websites and/or offering their internet services via interfaces. The commitments in the Privacy Policy are only valid for the use of Alarmdc Security Technologies Inc.'s domains and do not cover the websites of other companies that the Online Transaction Center and Support Center link to, nor their services. The privacy and usage conditions for the websites accessed from the Online Transaction Center and Support Center will be determined by those sites. Alarmdc Security Technologies Inc. cannot be held responsible for any system or visual quality loss, or for any material and/or moral damages that may arise from not complying with the ethical principles and privacy policies of those sites.

Email, SMS, Mobile Notifications

a. Purpose of Sending

All emails sent from the Online Transaction Center and Support Center are sent from noreply@alarmdc.com and destek@alarmdc.com, and SMS messages are sent from Alarmdc or the call center phone number. Additionally, instant notifications can be made through our mobile applications. Alarmdc Online Transaction Center and Support Center do not send promotional emails or SMS, nor do they share users' contact information with third-party individuals or institutions. Messages sent from the Online Transaction Center include the following contents:

  • Notifications related to the alarm system (Opening, closing, malfunction, alarm, panic, etc.)
  • Notifications related to system operation (Order, service active/inactive, service request, etc.)
  • Notifications related to subscription transactions (New customer added, subscriber created, password assignments, etc.)

Messages sent from the Support Center include the following contents:

  • Notifications related to ADCGuard operation (Order, service active/inactive, service request, reminder, etc.)
  • Notifications related to ADCSmart operation (Update, reminder, order, contract, etc.)
  • Notifications related to support transactions (Support request responses, notifications, announcements, etc.)

If you wish, you can prevent these types of messages from being sent to you. To do so, after logging into the system, you can visit the "Web Users" section and the "Permission Editing" part.

b. Regarding Email Messages

Email messages and any attachments sent may contain confidential, privileged, and private information that may also be subject to confidentiality obligations. If the sent email or its attachments contain personal data or sensitive personal data, they cannot be used, reproduced, archived, or transferred to third parties without the consent of the individual and the company, except for the purpose of sharing. The opinions and views expressed in the message and its attachments are solely those of the sender and do not reflect the official view of Alarmdc Security Technologies Inc. Confidential Information and Personal Data must be destroyed by the recipient once the purpose of the email has been achieved. Alarmdc Security Technologies Inc. cannot be held responsible for any use of the information contained in the sent email. If you are not the authorized recipient of the message or responsible for forwarding it, do not use, copy, distribute, forward, or store the contents or attachments of the message, and immediately notify the sender via email, deleting the message and its attachments without keeping any copies.

Even though sent emails are protected by virus protection systems, Alarmdc Security Technologies Inc. does not guarantee the integrity, security, or confidentiality of the message and its contents. Alarmdc is not responsible for any unauthorized intervention, virus, or damage to your computer system caused by the email content.
