The core values we believe in and the business principles that guide us and define the way we operate at Alarmdc are as follows:

Honesty

Our words and actions represent not only ourselves but also Alarmdc. We demonstrate open, honest, and consistent cooperation with our customers, employees, colleagues, partners, and the community we are part of. Integrity in the workplace is essential for maintaining the company's reputation, and as a corporate entity with social responsibility, honesty is irreplaceable for us. The name of our company is a source of pride and should evoke trust in everyone we interact with. We are honest with others and ourselves in our work, promises, and behavior.

Fairness

We act with a sense of justice and fairness in our work and relationships.

Acting Morally

We have high moral standards. We do not tolerate unethical methods or practices in our activities. We adhere to ethical rules.

Solidarity

We support each other in both good and bad times, working side by side.

Confidentiality

We take care to protect the confidentiality of our customers, employees, and other relevant individuals and organizations we work with. This includes information that could create a competitive disadvantage, trade secrets, non-public financial and other information, employee personal rights, and information defined under confidentiality agreements with third parties, as well as information security defined within the scope of the Information Security Management System. Information is one of our most critical assets. To ensure the protection of information in accordance with its importance, value, and sensitivity, all employees are required to comply with the Alarmdc A.Ş. Information Security policies and procedures published on the company intranet.

Avoiding Conflicts of Interest

As Alarmdc employees, we aim to avoid conflicts of interest. We do not personally benefit from our professional relationships or through our family or close ones. We do not engage in any business activities outside of Alarmdc that are financially based. We avoid using the name and power of our company and our Alarmdc identity for personal gain. In case of a potential conflict of interest, we implement legal and ethical methods to protect the interests of the relevant parties. In case of uncertainty, we consult our manager, the Press Release Department, or the Ethics Committee.

Respect

We view differences as wealth and reject all forms of discrimination.

Protecting Reputation

We place our reputation above everything else, never sacrificing it for material gain. Reputation is built over many years through the behavior of all our staff. Every employee is responsible for contributing positively to the company’s image.

In addition to our legal responsibilities, we strive to fulfill our obligations towards customers, employees, shareholders, suppliers, competitors, society, humanity, and on behalf of Alarmdc.

a. Our Legal Responsibilities

We carry out all our domestic and international activities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international law, providing correct, complete, and understandable information to regulatory authorities in a timely manner. We maintain a neutral stance towards all public institutions, organizations, civil society organizations, and political parties without expecting any benefit and fulfill our responsibilities with this awareness.

b. Our Responsibilities Towards Our Customers

We work with a proactive understanding, answering our customers' needs and requests in the shortest time and in the most accurate way. We provide our services on time and under the agreed conditions, treating our customers with respect, honor, fairness, equality, and courtesy.

c. Our Responsibilities Towards Our Employees

We ensure that employees' rights are used fully and correctly. We treat employees honestly and fairly, committing to a non-discriminatory, safe, and healthy working environment. We make the necessary efforts for employees' individual development and support their voluntary participation in appropriate social and community activities, ensuring a balance between work and private life.

d. Our Responsibilities Towards Our Suppliers

We behave fairly and respectfully, as expected from a good customer, and take the necessary care to fulfill our obligations on time. We protect the confidential information of the individuals and organizations we work with and our business partners.

e. Our Responsibilities Towards Our Competitors

We compete effectively, only in legal and ethical areas, avoiding unfair competition. We support efforts to establish a competitive structure in society.

f. Our Responsibilities Towards Society and Humanity

The protection of democracy, human rights, and the environment; education and charity works; and the elimination of crime and corruption are very important to us. Acting with the awareness of being a good citizen, we take a leading role in community issues and participate in activities of public interest, including those in civil society organizations. We respect the traditions and cultures of Turkey and the countries where we carry out international projects. We do not give or accept bribes, excessive gifts, or services.

g. Our Responsibilities Towards Alarmdc

Our shareholders, customers, and other stakeholders trust us because of our professional competence and integrity. We strive to maintain this trust at the highest level. We provide our services within the framework of company policies, professional standards, commitments, and ethical rules, showing the necessary dedication to fulfilling our obligations. We ensure we work only in areas where we are professionally competent, aiming to work with customers, partners, and employees who meet the criteria of accuracy and legitimacy. We do not work with those who harm public morals, the environment, or public health. When speaking on behalf of the company, we express the company's views, not our personal opinions, in public and in situations where listeners think we represent the company.
