With the necessary information and documents for your sole proprietorship, you can become an ADCGuard dealer.

I have very few subscribers, can I still benefit from your services?

Whether you have 1, 100, or 1000 subscribers, the quality of service provided to our dealers remains the same, regardless of the number of subscribers.

Do you provide services directly to end-users?

No customer who is not a part of the dealer's network can receive services directly from Alarmdc. This is our organizational goal and unchanging principle.

How does the ADCGuard alarm monitoring center make your life easier?

The ADCGuard alarm monitoring center is established solely to provide alarm monitoring services to the customers of its dealers. Since it focuses only on serving the dealer, all of the infrastructure it uses is prepared accordingly.

Which alarm panels can I forward to the alarm monitoring center?

You can forward 99% of the alarm panels in the industry that have proven their quality without any issues. Alarm panels that do not meet certain criteria, such as signal quality, product performance, and signal dropout, are not included in the system.

Do you assist with panel forwarding?

You can request assistance from our support team for alarm panel programming. For GPRS/IP module programming, we have the ability to remotely program many modules.

Is your call center service chargeable?

Our call center service is free of charge for all of our dealers as part of the standard services.

Can we request dedicated personnel?

You can benefit from our dedicated call center operator service to have tasks such as accounting, quotations, special communications, etc. tracked on your behalf.

Can we customize the call center service for our company?

By utilizing the custom switchboard module service, you can shape our highly advanced call center software, prepared by Alarmdc engineers, as you wish.

Are notifications sent with our company name?

Your company name is used in all notifications sent to your customers.

What is the customer panel?

It is an integrated customer module, created by the Alarmdc software team, that is fully integrated with our alarm monitoring center software, allowing your customers to manage their alarm panels and all alarm monitoring service features at the same time. It is managed by the dealer.

Is the panel used by our customers exclusive to us?

The customer panel, through which your customers manage their alarm panels and details of alarm monitoring services, is fully exclusive to your company. It works in integration with the dealer panel you use. Your customer only sees your company's information.
