No, you don't need to inform us separately. Once you complete your application, your information and documents will appear on the ADCRemote operations center screen. Your information and documents will be reviewed, and your process will be managed accordingly.
Applications are processed within 48 hours. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Applications submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed between 09:00 AM and 02:00 PM on Tuesday.
